Order never arrived

We didn’t receive our delivery. The contact number is out of date and so after heading to the shop, we were advised they had issue with wifi so orders were not being received yet they then advise they had tried to contact me as the items on the order were not available.

Took a while to be delivered but they went above and beyond for my friend. She was having a pretty rubbish birthday so I sent her some cake and they wrote a lovely message on the bag. She was over the moon.

Always great 👍
